This event, arranged by the Design Modelling & Simulation (DMS) Centre at NAMTEC (www.dmscentre.co.uk), features presentations describing how the results of design, modelling and simulation studies have been used to help businesses. You will be hearing from people who have used simulation to improve real world issues; topics addressed will include: metal forming, casting, welding, structural integrity, and furnace operation. There will also be an opportunity to experience the latest virtual reality equipment and explore the benefits that this could bring.
