The Plastics Design + Moulding Exhibition & Conference (PDM10) is the must not miss event of the year for those involved in the design and moulding sectors of the UK's plastics industry. the event will take place on the 18th, 19th & 20th May 2010. This year Wilde is exhibiting at stand number D16 together with their software partner, Autodesk.
Wilde is the UK and Ireland only value added reseller for Autodesk Moldflow Adviser software, which is the most widely used digital prototyping software specifically developed for plastic injection moulding sector.
People attending PDM10 come from a diverse range of sectors including, automotive, medical, packaging, electrical, electronics, domestic, sports and leisure goods. This 3-day event is proving to be very popular and places are filling fast.
Autodesk Moldflow software provides easy-to-use tools which simulate and optimise parts, moulds and tool designs long before manufacturing begins. By accurately simulating the injection moulding process, including features such as gates, runners and cavity layouts, it can help reduce the number of physical prototypes required to perfect a design and get products to market faster.
