The DFI and EFFC International Conference 2010 - Geotechnical Challenges in Urban Regeneration

Wednesday 26 May 2010 - London

The DFI and EFFC International Conference is the must not miss event of the year for those involved in geotechnical engineering. The 3 day event based at ExCeL London on the 26th - 28th of May will include technical sessions, study tours and presentations with debates and discussions on environmental and business issues. This year Wilde is exhibiting at stand number 12 together with their software partner, Plaxis.

Wilde is the sole UK and Ireland distributor of PLAXIS finite element (FEA) based geotechnical software, which is used by companies and universities nationally within the civil, nuclear, wind and offshore industries. PLAXIS models both soil layers and adjacent structures, predicting deformation, stability and groundwater flow. Plaxis software and services enable engineers to calculate, simulate and design complex geotechnical constructions more efficiently and accurately leading to lower risks and cost. If you would like to find out more please visit us at the Wilde / Plaxis stand for an informal chat.

Now in its 11th year in the DFI series, the event will bring together consultants, contractors, geotechnical engineers, regeneration experts and key manufacturers and suppliers in the global foundations business. This 3-day event is proving to be very popular and places are filling fast.

For more details on this event please go to http://www.geotechnicalconference.com/ . If you would like more information on Plaxis Geotechnical software please call Dr. Brian Miller on 0161 474 7479 or e-mail info@wildefea.co.uk. We look forward to welcoming you on the stand.
