| The April MSMT - "Excellent Course" - 27.04.2009
The five-day MSMT (Master the Subject, Master the Tools) Reliability Foundation Training Course took place on the 20th to the 24th of April 2009. The course attracted industry professionals from the UK, Austria and Egypt.
The Lecturer, Adam Mattos, Vice President of Product Development at the ReliaSoft Corporation flew in from the States to teach three course sessions, taught over five days.
The three-day "Reliability and Life Data Analysis" (RS401) session provided delegates with a comprehensive treatment of the subject of life data analysis (including Weibull analysis) as it applies to reliability engineering. The training session included an overview of the underlying statistical theory and methods as well as step-by-step guidance on the use of Weibull ++ software .
The one-day "Introduction to Accelerated Life Testing Analysis" (RS402) provided an introduction to one of the hottest subjects in reliability engineering, accelerated life testing. This introductory course covered the theory required to understand accelerated life tests, along with step-by-step instruction in the use of ReliaSoft's ALTA Standard software .
The one-day "Introduction to System Reliability / Maintainability Analysis" (RS403) session provided an introduction to system reliability, maintainability and availability theory and applications. The introductory course utilised ReliaSoft's BlockSim software for ascertaining and optimising system reliability and maintainability.
