FASTFORM is an inexpensive, user friendly formability analysis & blank prediction software. It is very fast (most analyses take under five minutes) and can be used prior to developing tooling geometry. Capable of identifying potential splitting, wrinkling & thinning problems during manufacturing, FASTFORM also develops accurate blank shapes which can be used for cost analysis & die design. An automatic HTML report generator minimises the time required to interprete & communicate the results.
BLANKNEST is used to determine the optimal blank layout on a coil within user-defined constraints. It provides material cost & utilization data critical to the quoting & manufacturing process. An interactive spreadsheet displays all the calculated nesting layouts, allowing the user to view other possible arrangements and sort results by material utilization, coil width, pitch, rotation angle & translation.
